SIMA Eyewear Returns Policy

  • Our general SIMA Eyewear maintains a 2 for 1 returns policy on all products.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as per the Terms & Conditions. Returns which are not in original packaging will not be accepted as unexpected shipping damage seemed to have occurred.

  • To request a return, please follow the following procedure

    • - Send an email to including the model number of the item you would like to return, the reason for requesting a return and attached the invoice of the item (Proof of Purchase).

    • - Once our returns department receives your email, we will notify you on the approval of your request.

    • - Once you receive a notification that your request for return has been approved, you may arrange for the item to be sent back to the SIMA Eyewear office/showroom

Credits (RFC)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

  • If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you via email within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges and Damages (if applicable)
  • SIMA Eyewear will replace items if there is a manufacturing defect.

  • If you require an exchange, send us an email at with the model number, description of the problem and image reference if possible.

  • SIMA Eyewear will cover the collection cost of a returned item if the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or if the item is still under warranty.
